Most sauna calls land in one of four buckets. Say which one sounds like you and we can skip three emails.
Kit assembly
You bought the barrel or the cabin kit and the instructions are, generously, a suggestion. We assemble it properly and level it on a base that will still be flat next winter.
Custom build
Indoor conversions and outdoor builds framed, insulated, vapour-sealed and clad. Benches sized for actual humans, not catalogue photos.
Heater swap
Electric or wood, replaced and coordinated with a licensed electrician where the circuit needs it. Guards, clearances and controls done to spec.
Repair & refresh
Sagging benches, tired cladding, doors that stopped sealing, and the grey-out that happens when a cedar bench has not been oiled since it was installed.

What kind of heat?
Traditional or infrared, indoor or out, kit or custom. Ten minutes on the phone narrows it fast.

Site and power
We look at the pad, the drainage, the clearances and the circuit. Power is where most sauna plans quietly fall over.

Build and seal
Frame, insulate, vapour barrier, clad, bench. The boring layers are the ones that decide whether it holds heat.

First fire
We run it, check the controls and the clearances, and show you how to look after the wood so it ages well.

Can you install a sauna I already bought?
Yes — kit assembly is a large share of what we do. Have the model and the manual handy when you reach out, and tell us where it is going.
Indoor or outdoor — which is less hassle?
Outdoor is usually simpler structurally and harder on power and weatherproofing. Indoor is the reverse: easier to power, fussier about vapour, ventilation and the room around it. We will tell you which fight you are picking.
Do I need an electrician?
Most electric heaters need a dedicated circuit, and that work goes to a licensed electrician. We coordinate it as part of the job rather than leaving you to project-manage two trades.
What about permits?
It depends on your city, the structure and the electrical scope. We check it for your address before the build rather than after — nobody enjoys that version of the conversation.
