Who we are

This website is operated by Grazys Construction LLC dba Salty Home Services, based in Draper, Utah. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@saltyhomeservices.co.

What we collect

When you submit the estimate form, you choose to send us:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your city or ZIP code
• The type of work you are asking about and whatever you write in the message
• Any photos you attach

We do not ask for payment details through this website. Our web host may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and browser information, for security and reliability.

Why we collect it

To answer you, scope your job, quote it, schedule it, and keep a record of work we have done at your property. If you become a member, we keep notes about your home so the next visit does not start from zero.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business — for example our scheduling and invoicing software, our email provider, and our web host. They act on our instructions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

The estimate form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party relay: what you type, and any photos you attach, pass through its servers on the way to our inbox. It is a delivery mechanism, not a mailing list — nothing is added to one, and we send no marketing off the back of it.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records of completed work are kept as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal purposes.

Text messages and calls

If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your request or your job. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not asked for them. Reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page before the change goes live.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@saltyhomeservices.co and we will handle it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
