What does a day of handyman time cost?
Half-day and full-day rates are quoted when we scope your list, because a day of mounting shelves and a day of drywall repair are not the same day. Ask and we will give you a straight number — no surprise line items later.
Is there a minimum?
We book in half-day blocks. If your list is genuinely one item, tell us anyway — sometimes we can fold it into a visit already scheduled nearby.
Do you handle the parts run?
Usually yes, and we will say so up front when a run is part of the day. If you have already bought the fixture, even better — have it on site and we will install it.
What is actually out of scope?
Anything that needs a licensed specialty trade we do not hold. We will tell you plainly rather than improvise, and we will usually know who to call.
